Playground Buddies are children who help other children in the playground who might have been bullied, or are feeling left out of games or activities.
We train children to give them skills for the job. This includes games, feeling safe and unsafe, how to listen well, role play to practise being a buddy and problem solving skills.
We’ve also been asked to help Safety Net with other things like this leaflet that we created to help other children stay safe on their phones.
We also help with the Playground Buddy Newsletter.
